Based on both quantitative and qualitative methods, the research focuses on two aspects: analysing the participation of Central and Eastern European countries in European/global networks at the end of the 90s and; examining, documenting and analysing the functionin of regional and national networks in the CEE region. Country studies are provided for Bulgaria and Poland. A list of relevant cultural networks is made available online.
