The international bulletin of the Coalitions for Cultural Diversity, a worldwide movement of 35 national 'coalitions' of cultural and artistic professional associations. This body asserts that 'cultural diversity is a fundamental human right' and that 'cultural policy must not be subject to the constraints of international trade agreements'. The bulletin, which is published by the Canadian Coalition in French, English and Spanish, follows the progress of the UNESCO Convention on Cultural Diversity, approved in 2005, and other news related to cultural diversity.
