A foundation which seeks to discover, support and promote the artistic abilities of poor and/or low-paid young people and to eliminate the difficulties they face in building their personal capacities. It participates in international exchange programmes, e.g. with the Arbeit Und Leben institution in Hamburg as well as with organisations in France.
