The aim is to expand the reach of Lille 2004 European Culture Capital across the region, through exhibitions on arts and culture in central and eastern Europe. Lille 3000 explores various themes, including economy and new technologies, new city lifestyles, notions of spirituality, society and civilisation. There are many partners involved in this project: from institutions and administrations to colleges and businesses.
