Awards grants for the promotion of Finnish contemporary art abroad and collaborates with international artists' residency programmes. The fund is available for individual artists and curators, as well as for organisations. It also supports events or publications, as well as providing services and acting as an expert body in international exchanges relating to the visual arts. Publishes Framework, a bi-annual Finnish art magazine.
