Researcher in Urban Cultures and European cultural policy, based in Brussels, London and now in Marseille. Also coordinates exhibitions, international arts exchange projects and teaches languages. Most recently wrote about Marseille's cultural policy and the city's cultural actors' initiatives to promote the arts. Has worked for the European Forum for the Arts and Heritage, EFAH; as a freelance writer/researcher; and currently co-ordinates ViaEuropea.eu, the online journal for artistic creation in european public space.
