A new European exchange programme aimed at helping new entrepreneurs to acquire relevant skills for managing a small or medium-sized enterprise by spending time working in another EU country with an experienced entrepreneur.
Financed by the European Commission, the programme operates across 24 EU countries with the help of more than 100 intermediary organisations, including chambers of commerce, inclubators etc. It contributes to improving young entrepreneurs' know-how and fosters cross-border transfers of knowledge and experience.
