The Organisation contributes to the development of cultural policies in Moldova. It helps develop collaboration and partnership between governmental and non-governmental organisations in the field of cultural policies and to protect and promote cultural rights. The
Organisation supports participative policy-making (between the legislative, executive and cultural sectors) at local, regional and national level. It promotes professional development: specialized training, consultancy and competence evaluation in cultural management and policy. The Organisation supports the cultural press.
