Open to artists and other individuals working in the arts to facilitate their professional development and to offer training opportunities in and outside Ireland.
Led by the Arts Council of Ireland, the scheme finances the travel and accommodation expenses of individuals participating in workshops, internships, mentoring programmes, residencies, research opportunities or attendance at conferences/seminars abroad.
Alternatively, individuals/organisations might bring international specialists to deliver high quality training to Irish artists and apply to get those costs covered.
This so-called “Come and See” component will soon be taken over by the connected agency Culture Ireland.
