The focus of this study is an internet video streaming initiative, which explores the issues surrounding emerging technologies, arts and culture, social cohesion and education with the context focusing on community events. The aim is to provoke debate about emerging technologies and how this may be a catalyst to reinventing community events, helping us to contrast and compare our cultures and focus on tomorrow’s educational needs.

Large LED screens were arranged to flank a festival stage presenting a live programme. This project, the first event of DiCE [Digital Cultural Exchange], is explored fully in the linked paper.
