An analysis, carried out by the Budapest Observatory, of the participation of Eastern and Central European countries in the Culture 2000 programme. The report documents cultural cooperation projects awarded C2000 funding, both in the pre- and post-accession periods. The publication contains interesting visuals that illustrate the internal dynamics of cultural cooperation between eastern countries and also useful analysis of which countries tend to take on the role of project leaders.
