Agenturen und Programme

Nationale und zwischenstaatliche Agenturen konzentrieren sich meist auf nationale Förderprogramme. Bei ihrer Auslandsarbeit werden sie üblicherweise von den Außenministerien unterstützt. Einige Agenturen investieren in bilaterale und multilaterale Kooperationsprozesse (z.B. die Asien-Europa-Stiftung, der Visegrad-Fonds). Für gewöhnlich sind sie direkt oder indirekt mit den nationalen Außenministerien verbunden.
