I was born in Rovereto, a beautiful town in northern Italy, in 1979.
When I was 10 years old I was given my first computer, an 8086.
When I attended High School, the teachers told my parents that I didn’t study because I spent all my nights on the internet. They were right. In the meantime, they asked me to fix their computers.
Too many people had begun to call me “nerd“, so I took a rest and decided to carry on my studies in the field of Philosophy.
I got my degree in Philosophy of science in Padua in 2004.
One year later I was employed by an Italian Magazine in Milan, where I had to learn how to survive the pollution, traffic, and the stressful life of the city for five years. In the meantime I built up great experience as a web designer.
In 2008 I used these skills to develop Espatriare.net , a site meant to pick up the experiences of Italian workers emigrated abroad.
Then in February 2010 I emigrated myself; I moved to the Netherlands and joined the team of LabforCulture.
